Ben Green is a professional education instructor for the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute with extensive project experience in Supply Chain Management, Transportation Network Design, Plan for Every Part, Measurement Systems, Software Development Life Cycle Planning and Principle-Based Organizational Transformations. His experience includes over 12 years working in Logistics & Supply Chain, with the last two dedicated to logistics and supply chain recruiting. Ben spent the majority of his career working to implement Managed Transportation Systems that support the Lean Supply Chain to reduce total logistics costs for a diverse set of clients in multiple industries. He has also managed client engagements with customers such as: Caterpillar, Hilliard, Standard Furniture, Bosch, City Furniture, SunPower, L’Oreal & Subaru.

Ben is a frequent industry speaker on topics including: Lean Supply Chain, Lean Warehousing, Transportation and Network Design, Lean Leadership, and Lean Management Systems and is also very active, working with regional chambers of commerce, colleges and universities in developing and launching Supply Chain Courses and curriculum based on the skills and needs of the industry. He earned a degree in Business Administration & Human Resources from Thomas More College. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Ben is also Director, Engineering & Technology for LeanCor Supply Chain Group as well a Practicing Leader within LeanCor’s Consulting Division, connecting the right human capital resources to the right customers to ensure success on engagements.
