Course Description

This course provides a deep dive into the ways in which artificial intelligence (AI) optimizes supply chain efficiency. Participants will explore generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and practical applications such as automated inventory systems, predictive maintenance, and route optimization. The course also covers ethical AI use, good and bad use of generative AI (GenAI), and rapidly emerging use cases.
