Management Series for Mid-Career Supply Chain Professionals
Our Supply Chain Management Series courses are tailored for mid-career supply chain professionals seeking to deepen their expertise. Choose from a variety of one-and-a-half to four-day instructor-led courses, or opt for self-paced learning to gain comprehensive knowledge on specific topics. The courses are delivered by esteemed experts from both academia and industry.
Program Structure
Our program offers several series and certificate programs, each consisting of courses grouped by subject area. While many students aim to complete a certificate, enrollment in an entire certificate program is not mandatory. All courses provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs), certificates, and are formally recorded in the Georgia Tech student records system.
Our public course schedule is open-enrollment, so all are invited to participate. Participants come from all industry segments and from six continents. Most open enrollment courses take place online/virtually and we occasionally hold courses on the Georgia Tech campus in Atlanta or Savannah.
All public course schedule courses are also available as custom courses for companies wanting to have tailored, private programs (or hybrid courses that are tailored to an anchor company and then also opened up to a wider audience). Custom courses can be offered nearly anywhere with proper facilities.
Supply Chain Analytics Professional (SCA) Certificate
Designed for experienced business professionals who perform (or want to perform) data analyses of any form in the area of supply chain. Content is tailored to those who seek to get more from their supply chain data, people with tools that are no longer enough, and those want to become a change agent who tackles strategic supply chain goals and performs leading edge analytics projects to address the full complexity of their organizations supply chains.
Distribution Operations Analysis and Design (DOAD) Certificate
Formulated to arm distribution operations professionals to stand out in their careers as experts in facility operations improvement. Emphasis is placed on topics such as: Systematic Methodologies to Facility Layout; Quantitative Analysis of Needed Facility Capabilities; Lean Warehousing Concepts; and Rigorous Tradeoff Analysis of Labor, Equipment, and Facility Alternatives. Develop critical skills needed in both designing new facilities and reengineering a wide variety of existing distribution facility types.
Supply Chain Management (SCM) Certificate
Developed to provide participants with both a solid cross-domain understanding of supply chain, as well as an opportunity to expand knowledge in specific domains or techniques of interest. Gain essential industry skills to advance your career and start applying practical knowledge, tools, and techniques immediately at your organization. The flexibility of the certificate allows participants to broaden their skills and knowledge base while also achieving a specific noteworthy career accomplishment – obtaining a Georgia Tech Professional Education Certificate. Each course can applied towards earning a Supply Chain Management Certificate.

Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) Leadership Certificate
The program is designed to prepare sourcing, planning, and procurement professionals to lead their companies in successfully navigating the complexities, risks and rewards of the modern global sourcing environment. Emphasis is placed on topics such as negotiation skills, bid package development, supplier selection and contracting excellence.
Supply and Demand Planning (SDP) Certificate
The program is designed for professionals with broad planning responsibilities, as well as professionals with more focused areas of concern who want to gain a solid understanding of the important techniques, tools, and components associated with integrated supply chain planning.
Health and Humanitarian Supply Chain Management (HHSCM) Certificate
Designed for practitioners in non-governmental organizations (NGOs), government, industry, and military who are active participants in humanitarian relief operations. Learn new logistics concepts and strategies to help you improve decision making in preparedness, response, and system design through face-to-face instruction and online interactive tools.
