Immersive Performance Management for Decision-Making

Course Description

Gain an overview of performance management and decision-making approaches in the field of supply chain engineering and management with Immersive Performance Management for Decision Making (i-PeM4DeM). Learners will participate in an experimental, hands-on activity to turn concepts and technique into action. The course concludes with an exploration of both the evolution and future of supply chain engineering and management. This is presented within the context of the modern supply chain, offering a totally new immersive and leading-edge experience.

This course is designed for supply chain, operations, and logistics executives looking to develop a better understanding of formal management principles; data analysts and data scientists working in business intelligence and interested in the emerging concept of business sentience; and consultants and advisors developing new management approaches for their clients.

Course Prerequisite and Related Certificate Information

Foundational Knowledge:

  • Participants should have a basic understanding of supply chain management concepts and operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, and procurement is beneficial.

Data Literacy:

  • Attendees should be comfortable working with data.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization is recommended.

Technology Proficiency:

  • A working knowledge of computer systems and software tools is essential.
  • No specific programming language expertise is required, but openness to learning new tools is important.

Business Acumen:

  • Professionals from various roles (managers, analysts, and executives) can benefit.
  • An understanding of business processes and decision-making within supply chains is advantageous.

Curiosity and Open-Mindedness:

  • Attendees should be eager to explore the potential of new approaches and investigate the benefits of using immersive technologies.

Course Fees

Standard: $1,500.00, Certificate: $1,245.00 (cost of each course when signing up for and paying for a multi-course certificate program).

If SCL/GTPE cancels a course, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will receive a full refund. SCL/GTPE is not responsible for nonrefundable plane tickets, hotel and rental car deposits, nor any other expenses incurred.
