March 18, 2019

Georgia Tech’s H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) announced that Yao Xie has been promoted to associate professor with tenure, effective August 15, 2019. Xie is the Harold R. and Mary Anne Nash Early Career Professor.

“Congratulations to Yao on this significant professional achievement,” said ISyE School Chair Edwin Romeijn. “Her promotion to associate professor with tenure is a reflection of her hard work in sequential statistical methods, statistical signal processing, big data analysis, compressed sensing, and optimization.”
