Eric Norman is a professional education instructor for the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute and a skilled management consultant and leader with extensive business process design experience supporting a broad array of industries. Over the past twenty-five years Eric has specialized in the process of business change management and project, program and portfolio leadership - mentoring, consulting and leading initiatives and business process improvement efforts at globally-recognized companies including AT&T, Sprint, Delta Air Lines, Norfolk Southern and CSX Railroads, Cox Communications and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta.

Mr. Norman has particular expertise in program and portfolio benefits management, program design, decision support systems development, software systems integration and systems implementation using a variety of approaches and methodologies. 

Eric is a standards development leader, author and frequent presenter at trade conferences at the local, national and International level, and is a recognized authority on program management practice and Work Breakdown Structures. In 2015 Mr. Norman was recognized for his extensive contribution to the project management profession and received the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) most prestigious international award, PMI Fellow. In a volunteer leadership role, Eric currently chairs the strategy committee for PMI’s Certification Governance Council, a sub-committee of the institute’s Board of Directors charged with oversight responsibility for PMI’s family of certifications.
